Milton Keynes

£50,000 – £55,000 + 25% Potential Bonus, Death in Service, Car Allowance + Strong Pension

Days – Monday to Friday.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play an integral role in achieving continuous improvement for a true market leading company. Role Description:

* Continuous improvement across Operations, Warehouse and Customer Supprt

* Working at a senior level to agree medium and long term stratergies for Continuos Improvement

* Apply Lean Principles

* Gather and Analyse accurate information for changes

* Ensure the company is working to reduce its Carbon foot print and also ensuring they are meeting their Recycling and corporate social repsonsbilties

* Ensuring ISO standards are met and working towards gaining ISO (phone number removed)

* Planning, Budgetting and implementing new projects with the customer in mind

Skills and Qualifications:

* Continuous Improvement background

* Six Sigma Certification

* LEAN Background – Belt Certificate (Advantageous)

* HNC/HND/Degree – Advantageous

* Knowledge of different ISO standsards

* Computer literercy (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

* Project Management and Problem Solving Skills
