Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a part time compliance coordinator for a specialist production company based in Chesham on a temp to perm basis.
This position will focus on supporting the Compliance Manager, carrying out compliance administration tasks such as conducting reviews and audits to ensure company compliance to set standards.
The hours for this position will be 15 per week however these can be flexible and spread out over 2 or 3 days (2 x 7.5 hour days OR 3 x 5 hour days).
Responsibilities will include:
Providing daily support to the compliance manager and advisor.
Complete general administration tasks.
Assist with the coordination of audits ensuring company quality standards are adhered to.
Conduct internal reviews.
Ensure the production facility and warehouses are compliant to ISO9001, ISO14001 Standards.
Undertake any other reasonable tasks as set out by senior management.Experience Required:
Previous experience within a administration/coordinator role is essential.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
Knowledge of quality standards and compliance.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good customer service.
Ability to establish good working relationships and overcome challenges.Interview for this role will be held shortly with immediate starts available.
