Our clients who work in the Facilities Maintenance Sector and provide maintenance to many nationwide blue chip clients are looking to recruit to their growing team of Engineers in the Milton Keynes / Northampton area.

Role Purpose:

To Support the sites in delivering building services PPM and Reactive Maintenance to ensure the buildings are maintained to the highest level for visitors, customers, and employees.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance, servicing, fault finding, testing of Commercial Gas and Heating systems, Commercial sites – including Retail, Universities, Hospitals, Clinics, Offices Etc
Technical Guidance, Process and Procedures, Statutory Regulations, Approved Codes of Practice and any applicable aspects of HTMs
Deliver the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule or as requested by the Help Desk or Service Managers
Work with and support the Projects/Construction team and Technical Services Supervisor in identifying, scoping, and delivering minor capital works
Qualifications & Skills:

Current In date Commercial Gas Certification (Essential)
FGas (Desired Not Essential)
18th Edition (Desired Not Essential)
IPAF (Desired Not Essential)
PASMA (Desired Not Essential)
IOSH (Desired Not Essential)
Previous experience working within a building maintenance environment
Experience delivering maintenance services to a specification such as SFG20
