The Role

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Heating Contract Manager in Bedfordshire to join our team. We have been established for over 20 years specialising in Gas, Air Conditioning and Electrical services across the UK. As a contracts managers you will be working across multiple sites such as Councils, Airports, Offices, Gyms and Car dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the supervisor ensuring works are being carried out to a high standard
The day to day running of all contracts
Securing ongoing service and maintenance contracts
Estimation and providing quotes
Attending site meetings when required
Liaising with employees and sub-contractors
Working on the tools when / as required
Liaising with all other members of staff within the office
Dealing with suppliers / contractors
Ensure H&S is being adhered to

Desirable Qualifications / Experience:

Previous experience working as a commercial gas supervisor or contracts manager
Experience quoting and surveying works
Driver's LicencePackage:

£40,000 – £50,000 per year
Full time/permanent position
40 hour working week ( Onsite 9-5pm )
½ hour paid lunchbreak
