This is a great opportunity to join a growing and well-respected manufacturing business. They are looking for a motivated and determined CNC Turner that has experience machining precision components (2-3 axis). The ideal candidate will also have experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain and part/online programming would be advantageous.
 
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong experience setting and operating CNC Turning machines (2-3 axis)
Experience with Fanuc or Heidenhain controls
Experienced machining precision components
Proactive and flexible attitude 
Job Description

Produce Precision components in a production environment.
Manufacture machined components to engineering drawings, using set work instructions and schedules.
Work to production targets maintaining accurate quality records and documentation.
Use manual inspection equipment to perform quality checks.
Be involved in improvement activities.
Deliver outstanding HSEQ performance every time.
Provide mechanical knowledge & technical backup for the factory.
Update technical information as required.
To update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and to attend training/development courses as and when required. 
Desirable Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Have a positive attitude to safety & quality.
Previous experience generating and adapting CNC programmes using relevant programming system.
