We are looking for a CNC Turner on behalf of our sub-contract engineering client in the Aylesbury area. Our client produces a range of parts for customers in sectors including defence, surveillance and medical.

This role comes with the opportunity to learn offline programming for the more complex manufacturing jobs.

CNC Turner: what the job entails:

* Programming, setting and operating mill-turn machinery

* Creating programs/commands through Fanuc controls

* Working with detailed engineering drawings

* Working on small to medium batch jobs for various customers

* Utilising training for offline programming (using Edgecam software)

* Must be able to program online with no supervision

Hours:

Flexible start and finish times. Monday to Friday, 9-hour days.

Plenty of overtime opportunities available – at a time and a half
