Company Profile
A leading subcontract manufacturer of precision machined parts and components, compliant to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, are looking for a skilled CNC Turner able to Program offline and online, set and run Fixed head lathes with Live Tooling due to continued growth in work orders, projects and client base.
The company is also going through a large investment plan into new state of the art machine tools to enable quicker output due to major projects starting.
Duties:
* CADCAM Programming (any software experience will be considered)
* Online programming, setting and run Fixed Head CNC Lathes with Live Tooling & Fanuc controls
* Producing complex parts & components to tight tolerances from various materials in small batches
* Working from engineering drawings
Skills & Attributes:
* Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Program offline using CADCAM software (any software package experience will be considered)
* Program online, set and run CNC Fixed Head lathes with live tooling
* Fanuc controls experience would be a major advantage
Hours of Work:
* 40hrs pr week
* 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
* Overtime available paid at x1.5hrs after 40hrs per week
