CNC Service Engineer

Our client is an international CNC manufacturer who are seeking an experienced CNC Service engineer to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 6 months experience servicing or maintaining CNC machines.

A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience, excluding any apprenticeship, in an engineering background.

Qualifications deemed necessary: 4 "O" levels / GCSE’s, including Maths and English, ONC / HNC / City & Guilds or equivalent in Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of the equipment at customers’ premises as designated by the Head of Service or the Service Experts. The jobs assigned will wherever possible be confined to the parameters of your designated territory and skill set.
On occasions, you will be required to work from the Workshop to repair and service stock machines or second hand machines returned/bought back from customers.
Responsible for returning spare parts from the customers’ premises to Division on a timely basis.
Responsible for accounting for and looking after company owned tools and stock.

Full UK driving licence
