Think Recruitment have recently registered an exciting opportunity with a large engineering consultancy ti work within their experienced civil engineering team with a strong pipeline of interesting projects.

This is a key appointment for our client which will allow them to press on with their development plans for the team, so as such they are looking to recruit a Civil Engineer at Associate level to take a lead in the design and delivery of various projects.

With the ability to undertake detailed design of all civil engineering elements on residential, commercial and retail development schemes and ensure those designs are fully value engineered, suitable for adoption and most importantly to the clients brief and expectations, the successful candidate will also take responsibility for financial aspects of the various schemes including producing fee proposals, negotiating fee agreements, monitoring costs, revenue and profit etc and assist with leading and developing a team of engineers within the engineering department.

As an experienced Project Leader and Civil Engineer, you will have a wealth of experience in the design of roads and sewers and possess the required skills to not only manage others but also to communicate at all levels and engage successfully with clients and local authorities, while in return our client offer an excellent all round package along with a clear path to becoming an integral part of the successful of their business.
