Job Title: CHP Engineer (Electrical)

Do you have experience as a CHP Engineer with electrical engineering bias and are you looking for a new job? I am currently recruiting for my client who have an urgent requirement for a CHP Engineer (Electrical) in the Midlands/South location. They are interested in seeing applications from candidates in any of the following locations: Birmingham, Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes, St Albans, Slough or close surrounding areas.

The successful CHP Engineer (Electrical) will travel to customer sites nationwide and will carry out the commissioning, service, maintenance and repair on gas engines. Candidates must be flexible in their approach to travel and staying away from home.

Applications are encouraged from candidates with ex-military backgrounds; Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force particularly those with electrical engineering backgrounds and CHP experience.

Operations Engineer Applicant Requirements:
– Hold relevant engineering qualification, with electrical bias.
– Proven experience with gas engines (CAT, Perkins, MAN, MWM, MTC, Merc, Scania etc).
– Experience with electrical/electronic controls.
– Hold full UK driving licence
