Chiller/Refrigeration service engineer required covering from the Midlands down to London. Our client is a specialist Industrial & large Commercial Refrigeration company based in Manchester that provide the design, sale, installation, service and maintenance of all types of industrial refrigeration and Chiller equipment including Water Cooled & Air Cooled Chillers, walk in freezers & blast freezers.

The Chiller Engineer will be performing planned maintenance and reactive service works across sites south of Birmingham. Most of the service work will be conducted throughout food manufacturing sites & breweries.

It is expected that the Service Engineer will have proven experience with Large Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration equipment and hold recognised qualifications and certifications such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or the City & Guilds equivalent as well as F-Gas or Safe Handling of Refrigerants, an engineer with an Ammonia Handling ticket would be advantageous.

Chiller & Refrigeration Engineer Position Requirements

Proven Industrial Refrigeration/ Chiller service, maintenance and fault finding
NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent
Safe Handling of Refrigerants or F-Gas
Ammonia Handling advantageous
Excellent communications skills
Full Driving Licence

Chiller & Refrigeration Engineer Position Remuneration

Basic Salary £34,000 – £38,000 DOE
Door to Door Travel Pay
Available Overtime at additional rates
