Business Support Manager

£400 /day UMB (IN-SCOPE of IR35)
My client is a well-established Nationwide transportation company whose professionalism and well-respected name, have been instrumental in their success. They provide an exceptional service to their customers and are focused on continually improving this.
The ideal Candidate must have:
* Corporate business support background
* Property management experience, including use of property management system(s)
* Management expereince
* Previous expereince dealing with bailiffs.
* Stakeholder management skills / expereince
* Horizon database experience (great but not essential)
The Role Will Involve:
* The Business Support Manager is responsible for driving and leading a team to that can deliver at pace with quality outcomes that meets the needs of the business and enabling the smooth running of the day-to-day business of the Directorate.
* Lead on the generation of content for all deliverables associated with the Directorate, and generating Directorate owned content to meet business plan deliverables.
* Managing the Directorates Budget and management of financial processes.
* Balancing the resources of the administration team with the requirements of the Directorate, staying abreast of changes that affect the volume of work received, contributing to the refinement and improvement of processes.
