The Role – Business Manager (Scientific Instrumentation)
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Managing a team of Field Service Engineers
* Actively developing new revenue streams and increasing market share
* Building and nurturing customer relationships
* Ensuring the delivery of KPIs, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets
Your Background – Business Manager (Scientific Instrumentation)
To apply you should be able to demonstrate the following:
* A background working in a Field Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, Business Manager, Sales Manager or Applications Manager role
* Experience within a high technology instrumentation sector – eg. analytical instrumentation, scientific, laboratory, medical or high value electronics capital equipment
* Commercial acumen and a proven track record in revenue generation either through the selling of service contracts or capital equipment sales
* The personal skills and ambition to satisfy the need for succession planning and work towards excelling as a future leader for this business.
