We are recruiting for an experienced BMS engineer to provide PPM and reactive maintenance services to commercial facilities and their BMS Control systems including Trend and johnsons. You will also be responsible for electrical Instrumentation service, repairs, maintenance and installation. The role is based within a University Campus within Milton Keynes with a immediate start available. 

ROLE: BMS Engineer

LOCATION: Milton Keynes

SALARY: £35,000

•Collate and submit quotations in conjunction with the contract managers. 

•Complete performance reviews and staff training analysis as well as on-site site inspections. 

•To undertake Controls and Instrumentation PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames 

•To provide technical support and liaison for the customer. 

•Monitoring and interrogation of the BEMS. 

•Modification to building services control and instrumentation. 

•Validation work. 

•Modify drawings and documentation. 

•Installation of new instrumentation. 

•Operate and maintain BEMS. 

•Identify and incorporate energy efficiency control strategies. 

•To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota (if applicable) 

•To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. 

•To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out. 

•To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary. 

BMS Engineer must have: 

All relevant trade qualifications 

Trend System Engineering 

Trend 963 Engineering 

Trend 963 Operators 

Trend IQ Engineering 

Trend Power tool 

Trend SET 

TAC training, Honeywell Training, Satchwell Training Andover Training other BMS system controls systems. 

Ability to write software and commission BMS 

Knowledge of energy saving strategy
