AV / VC Technical Support Manager
Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Technical Support Manager within the Audio Visual and Video Conferencing sectors.
Our client is a UK leading integrator of Audio Visual systems and operates across Commercial, Residential and Corporate sectors. Due to continued growth they are hiring for a Technical Support Manager.
The Role:
Provide technical support to clients, service engineering team and customer service desk
Receive and make calls to high level customers, working towards a good relationship with regular customers always finding a solution as quickly as possible
Investigate reported faults, assess and liaise with service engineers
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years technical Audio Visual experience
Ideally some experience in management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ideally have experience in a support or technical support capacity
Organised
Knowledge of Audio Visual from a technical perspective along with strong experience with systems such as Crestron, AMX Etc
Package:
£40,000 – £45,000
