AV Technical Operations Manager – This new position in will see you working for a professional AV systems integrator that seek to add a new technical AV proficient member to the team. You will come from within the AV VC integration world and be a truly organised individual. The role will see you  responsible for the internal planning and management of Audio Visual integration projects. You will have overall responsibility for developing and monitoring operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.    
Skills:

Team Liaison and Leadership: 50%

Engineering Manpower management
Commissioning, handover & client system training
Leadership to drive cross team cooperation and company efficiencies
Responsible for implementation and compliance of all applicable IMS/ Quality and H&S processes ensuring continuous program improvement
Responsible for the team’s training and accreditation program
Pre-sales Design & Project Management Interface: 40%

Read and interpret BOM, – spec and vet manpower job requirements
Ability to decipher CAD drawings ensuring adherence to required solution
Proactive (BTO) Business Take On – for large or complex projects
Site survey / scope of works ratification
Hardware analysis for delivery onto schedule time frames
Fleet Management & Resource Planning – install & service: 10%

Sub Contractor management      
Essential:

Five years audio visual experience
Strong organisational and planning skills
Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
Ability to multi task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Self-motivated and highly professional with the ability to lead and take ownership and responsibility
A desire to learn and improve skills and knowledge
Fast learner, energetic, enthusiastic
Adaptable and flexible to business demands
