The AV Solutions Architect will primarily work alongside the sales function by providing technical AV expertise. To achieve this, the individual will need to create and present sales proposals to the customer. The role will require a good knowledge of the AV industry and its products as well as have the creativity to compile them together in a solution.
Access to your own car and a reasonable travel time to London will be essential.

Principle Accountabilities
Create AV technical proposals alongside the sales team and customer
Keep up to date with the newest products and solutions coming out of the industry
Demo and present solutions to the customer
Oversee the installation process
Manage the after-sales experience for the customer including handover
Ideal Candidate
Five years minimum AV Industry experience
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills including at a senior level
An intuitive and creative problem solver who will put the customer first
Someone who can visualise the suitable solution (including schematics, drawings, visuals) to the customer
Someone with knowledge in some of the following solutions: meeting rooms (Teams and Zoom), IPTV Headends, large format displays, video walls, LED, audio systems, digital signage, control systems
