Role: Auditor/Client Manager (Technical/Science/Engineering) Location: Work from home Salary: Competitive Type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday

Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for an Auditor/Client Manager to join a Global testing and certification company. This role will involve the certification of products such as timber, steel, construction products, security, fire doors and windows. This opportunity is fully remote with travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

Manage both new and existing customers products (door, window, timber, and steel construction) and installation of certification schemes
Plan, book and carry out factory assessments within agreed timescales
Produce quotations for changes to the scope of certification and implement changes once agreed
Review and approve responses to non-conformances raised during audits within agreed timescales
Accurately record and submit audit reports
Be available for any technical/certification queries that may arise from clients
Review test evidence and results and make certification decisions on behalf of the client

The person: –

Project management skills
Able to manage and keep to strict deadlines
Experience in the construction sector is desirable with knowledge of British and European standards and their factory processes
Educated to a minimum of GSCEs in English, Maths, and science (grade C and above)
Full certification training (including ICRA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification) will be provided
Good IT skills (good knowledge of Microsoft Office software)
Ability to work under pressure
Logical, methodical planning skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent telephone manner

Please take into consideration this role will involve extensive travel around the UK and potential of some overseas work.
