6:00-16:00 Monday-Friday, 6:00-9:30 Saturday mornings

Our client is looking for an Assistant Plant Manager to join an exciting building materials company in Milton Keynes. They are one of the worlds leading suppliers of construction materials and looking for someone to join their multinational company!

Roles and Responsibilities:
* To assist the Plant Manager with the dya to day operations
* Ensure production targets are met according to deadlines
* Manage all health and safety of daily operations
* Liaise with customers
* Manage team of 5 on site
* Create monthly/weekly reports (performance and efficiency)
* Mixing Asphalt, loading, packing etc

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Quarry/ Asphalt/ concrete experience (preferable)
* Previous role as a supervisor
* Driving license
