Assembly Operative

Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 per annum

Assembly Operative Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced assembly operative to join a medical technology business based in the Aylesbury area.

They are currently looking for 1 or 2 assembly operatives who will be working inside a cleanroom (ISO 6 and 7). You will be responsible for the assembly of their products, typically the complex plastic components. The assembly operative will ideally have some cleanroom experience, but this is not required. You will be working fairly independently, so must have the self-drive to work effectively.

Assembly Operative Requirements

* Experience in mechanically focused assembly

* Able to read drawings to follow build processes

* A willingness to work in a cleanroom environment

* Able to manufacture units at a rate of roughly 20 per day (after training)

* Ability to record information to do with manufacture in a logical manner

* Good communication and interpersonal skills
