The Role – Applications Specialist (Laboratory Automation / Robotics)

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Applications Specialist, responsible for providing customer training and technical support on a wide range of sophisticated scientific and laboratory systems, utilised within laboratories and pharmaceutical environments

Your Background – Applications Specialist (Laboratory Automation / Robotics)

To succeed in this exciting role you will have the following skills / epxerience:

Degree educated or equivalent
Strong background working in a laboratory or applications specialist role in a chemistry, microbiology, molecular, biology or bio-chemistry environment
Any experience of automation and / or laboratory robotics would be beneficial, as would knowledge and experience of next generation sequencing and life sciences automation systems 
Strong customer facing and interpersonal skills 
Determined to further your career within a customer facing training / applications role
