The Role
The role is for a skilled Applications Engineer to provide programming & operating training nationwide to our clients prestigious clientele. You will be training operators of all levels across the country when they purchase new machinery.
Working from clients sites training operators at all levels – must have exceptional communication skills.
Programming, Setting & Operating Mill-Turn CNC machinery, fixed head CNC lathes & sliding head CNC turning machines.
Candidates with detailed experience in G code programming, macros & Mill-Turn machinery will be considered for this role. The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes; You will preferably have at least two years of experience in a similar role and must be able to programme, set and operate a CNC Mill-Turn machinery from engineering drawings to machine components. Previous experience machining components to extremely tight tolerances would be ideal.
Must have exceptional communication skills.
You will have extremely strong experience in G codes, macros & bar fed CNC machinery.
You will come from a CNC programming background – experience on sliding head or fixed head lathes is absolutely essential.
Mill-Turn machinery experience is advantageous for this role.
