Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor – £48,500 – Milton Keynes (Surrounding Area’s)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Air Conditioning Supervisor to join a fantastic company who are leading the way in their sector.

Paying £48,500 per annum, whilst receiving Van, Fuel Card etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is looking to be in charge and create their own Air Conditioning/Mechanical team within the next 12/18 months.

Your main responsibility as an AC Engineer will be acting as first point of call for all AC works but also needed for multiskilled issues, such as Mechanical & Electrical maintenance, including pumps, motors, emergency lighting etc.

Duties:

-Be the first point of contact for all A/C issues

-Manage pipe leaks, minor electrical and plumbing issues

-Manage all elements assigned in a professional and safe manner

-Establishment and administration of working processes

-Managing planned and reactive maintenance regimes

-Reporting to the Facilities Manager or Principle Engineer

-Proactively managing planned and reactive work orders

-To assist with day to day maintenance and to carry out other works as instructed.
