Project Manager required from an Air Conditioning/cooling background.
Basic to c£46k+car allowance & bonus.
Ideally based Northern Home Counties

THE ROLE
* Running projects in the data centre cooling industry, taking projects from enquiry through to completion.
* Involved in initial site survey, design and quotations, procurement and site set up, risk assessments, health and safety to on-site delivery working closely with the customer to successful handover.
* Commercial management of projects in terms of contract P&L, budgets and delivery of profitable projects.
* Working from home, you'll be running multiple projects and be on-site through the programme of works as necessary.
* Internal and external training given, plus mentoring with design and commercial support from the office as required.

THE PERSON
* Seeking experience in running projects in air conditioning, with exposure to data centre projects an advantage.
* Current or previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Contracts Manager or Installation Supervisor required.
* Site qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS preferred, plus HNC or similar in a Building Services subject a bonus.
* Full driving licence needed, as you'll be regularly visiting sites in your area.
* IT proficiency to keep internal CRM updated.

THE PACKAGE
A basic up to approx £46k, with car allowance, company bonus, life assurance and 25 days holiday.

THE LOCATION
Ideally based in the South East, to cover projects locally and with occasional travel out of region as required.
Preferred locations include: London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire
