Static AC Engineer
Milton Keynes
£38,000 to £41,000 depending on experience.
Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 15:30 and 10:30 to 19:00.
All tools, uniform and PPE are provided.
Randstad CPE is currently working on behalf of a company who are looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Engineer on a permanent basis to join them as soon as possible.
Summary of Role:
It is the responsibility of the Static Repair Technician to manage all elements assigned to them in a professional and safe manner.
The specific details will vary depending on the nature of the Account and the range of facilities, assets and service lines being managed Establishment and administration of working processes, planned and reactive maintenance regimes, health and safety management and support to the Account commercial team are all key parts of the role.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Maintain and Service VRV's, VRF's, Single & Multi-Split Systems.
* Install and Replace fan coil units within commercial environments.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance.
* Liaise with senior management on progress with installations and maintenance.
* Installing Air Handling Units, Replacing Fan Coils, Pipework.
* Potentially Lead another engineer and/or mate.
* Maintaining Electrical and Mechanical equipment around the site.
What qualifications do you need?
* F-Gas Ticket
* NVQ Level II Minimum in the associated field (Refrigeration and AC)
* 18th Edition (Desirable)
* Associated Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (Desirable)
* Experience in a relevant field.
