In the role of 3rd Line Helpdesk you will be responsible for;
Processing of helpdesk calls in timely fashion
Changing the daily back up tapes
Building desktop & laptops using SCCM
Actively monitoring AV systems, ensuring management & threat removal from equipment
Escalating high volume or high-risk issues to the management team
Documenting process steps of activities carried out, updating these as required
Supporting technical projects from conception to implementation
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement interact with all other areas of the business
Working with and supporting our outsourced IT operations partner providing field support Group Business locations
An understanding of parallel software used in other group companies will be required
In the role of 3rd Line Helpdesk you will demonstrate;
IT support fundamentals including desktop support experience, MS Windows and MS Office experience and knowledge
The ability to manage your workload and manage multiple projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Client Operating Systems
A recognized IT qualification or training would be advantageous
In the role of 3rd Line Helpdesk you will command;
