A successful leader of high-speed electronics within the military/aerospace market are seeking a Talent Development Manager (LMS). These bespoke products are used in hundreds of mission critical applications, where the performance and reliability delivered can be a matter of life and death!
Key responsibilities of the Talent Development Manager (LMS), Towcester, Northamptonshire, will be to conduct continuous needs analyses across the organization to align the curriculum to training and development needs of the employee population. You will design, deliver, deploy, and evaluate multi-channel curriculum to develop talent across the organization and enhance onboarding, mentoring/coaching programs, intern/co-op development, among others. Partner with local HR teams to administer, analyse, and develop action plans for employee engagement surveys. Will use data and analytics from the engagement surveys to deliver initiatives and further improve engagement. Continuously assess the effectiveness of the organization's training and development programs and recommend/implement improvements.
The ideal candidate for this Talent Development Manager (LMS) job in Towcester, Northamptonshire, should have a business acumen, experience in technical manufacturing or engineering organization is preferred and experience facilitating meetings and/or training sessions at all levels of an organization. You will have a bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, or relevant field and 5 – 7+ years of relevant experience in human resources with experience in talent development
