Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager based in Milton Keynes for a well-established manufacturing company.

The role…

As the Supply Chain Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

To design, plan, execute, control and monitor supply chain activities to maximise working capital and stock availability
To execute excellent customer service to agreed lead times through efficient use of resources in MPS and DME
Manage directly (Milton Keynes) and indirectly (China) sourcing, purchasing, planning and delivery of raw materials
Execute effective negotiations with suppliers to ensure short lead times, on time delivery and at the lowest total costs
Closely working with design engineering from early design stage to establish lowest total costs of new product designs
The experience required…

As a successful Supply Chain Manager, you will have the following:

At least 5 years' experience in a supply chain management position
Have a sound understanding of MRP and MPS
Able to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively while being self-motivated
Be willing to travel worldwide as required
CIPS Qualified

Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday
