Application Software Engineer

Two exciting opportunities has arisen within our clients European Technical Centre. The ideal candidate will develop desktop, Android and web applications for a wide range of products used in the automation industry, Or develop embedded systems within their software team.

The Company:

Our client is a clear industry leader in pneumatic technology, providing innovative technology and products to support automation. Due to ongoing success they are seeking an enthusiastic Design Engineer to join an established team.

The Applications Software Engineer Role:

Become a key part of a dynamic engineering team
Creating software documentation and testing software
Providing technical support
Planning and managing your own projects

We are looking for candidates with the following:

·2+ years' experience of programming in VB, C#, C++, Python or Java

·Software based Engineering degree at 2.1 level or higher

· Ideally experience of writing Docker applications for factory automation

. Experience with embedded C

. Ideally experience of Factory Automation, Cloud Computing and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)

The Package:

Salary – £45-50K
Monday to Friday 8:00-5.00pm
