Full time permanent role.
Working within the Job Management Team on a full-time basis you’ll be assisting to co-ordinate the Field Service Technicians customer service appointments to repair premium domestic appliances.
Working Monday to Friday 8.30 am until 5 pm with 1 hour for lunch (after initial training there is an option to work from home on a rota basis).
We’re looking for :
* Excellent communication skills as you’ll be talking to Customers and Technicians
* Confident using the computer
* Confident to work with high-net-worth customers and support their needs
* Happy to work at a busy pace and multi skilled juggling appointments dates and changes
* Good team player and keen to support colleagues and share the tasks
This role would suit a positive person who likes to be organised proactive and deliver premium customer service.
