Management & Development of the Sales Desk team
* Ownership of Sales Desk team sales target
* Development & Implementation of strategy
* Providing reports to our Head of Sales
* Accurate distribution of incoming email and telephone enquiries
* Outgoing sales calls in order to sell products and services
* Provide product suite consultation and negotiate package pricing
* Maintain Salesforce CRM system and build a sales pipeline
* Investigates unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessary
* Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments
* Process all incoming orders on SAP including the wider Sales Team, including CDD Checks and arranging credit terms
* Work closely and build strong relationships with key functions in the company
* Must work well with others and individually
* Ability to work in a organisation which is changing rapidly and be comfortable with this
* Responsible for delivering a financial target, as well as ensuring sales admin for the wider team is up to date
* Managing a small team of 3 people
* Liaise with production and installation teams to arrange smooth delivery and installation of units
* Work closely and build strong relationships with all key functions in the company
