A new sales & support function to oversee the revenue capture from the OZEV workplace charger scheme.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Overseeing and running the OZEV process both internally and with Department for Transport.
* Handle incoming email and telephone enquiries to the Sales Desk.
* Process sales orders on SAP.
* Process and arrange customer returns
* Investigates unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessary
* Assisting Team manager with weekly logs and reporting.
* Liaise with production and installation teams to arrange smooth delivery and installation of units.
* Liaise with commissioning on queries, tariff issues, setting up back office and other technical queries.
* Keep website stock levels updated.
* Work closely with finance on customer payments.
* Create customer payment links.
* Support orders for Keys and RFID cards.
* Work closely and build strong relationships with key functions in the company
