Provide a comprehensive end to end best practice recruitment service, sourcing talent and giving support and advice to hiring managers, across the bp pulse business, on all their resourcing requirements.
· Support line managers throughout all stages of the recruitment process: from the initial brief through to identifying recruitment sourcing methods, sourcing candidates, short listing, developing interview questions and assessments, and supporting in those interviews and assessments when required.
· Proactively search for candidates using job boards and online networking, whilst providing innovate ideas to attract talent.
· Liaise with recruitment agencies, when necessary, always being mindful of costs to the business.
· Build effective working relationships with hiring managers, providing advice and guidance on recruitment policies and procedures.
· Monitor, review and update recruitment procedures ensuring they are in line with current legislation and best practice and ensure hiring managers adhere to these procedures and standards.
· Ensure meritocratic and fit for purpose approaches are applied across all recruitment activities.
· Upskill hiring managers on conducting interviews and assessments in line with legislation, best practice and the wider bp practices.
· Strong commitment and constant consideration to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
