Program Manager – Buckinghamshire or South Wales – £50,000 – £65,000 pa
 
An international, world leading Scientific Instrumentation Manufacturer are looking for a Program Manager to join their growing R&D/Production Team. This role will be mainly based at their office in Buckinghamshire with occasional travel to South Wales.
 
You will be the main point of call for fixing product issues by liasing with the production and R&D teams. There will also be opportunities to take on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects later on in the New Year.
 
Responsibilities:

Resolve key quality/production issues by working with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management & Service Engineers.
NPI development projects of new Scientific Instruments and accessories.
Communicate the project assumptions, requirements & priorities to ensure product specs meet expectations of sponsors and key stake holders.
Collaborate with stakeholders external partners to achieve quality and sales targets.
Continuous improvement of project development processes.Key Skills/ Experience:

Degree in Engineering/Natural or Life Sciences/relevant Technology discipline.
Technical understanding of Scientific Instrumentation and its associated hardware & software products.
Strong organisational & communication skills.
Proactive & collaborative attitude to work.
Project management & relevant tools (JIRA, MS Project).
Experience of product development & design processes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
