We are looking for a production operative to begin as soon as possible.

Summary of Role:

Work as part of a team, to follow job specifications to build cables and small assemblies, to produce good quality work to a high standard.

To use the following techniques to achieve production requirements:

soldering

crimping

stripping cables and wire preparation

building cables

testing of the finished item

Work in Production also includes:-

Inserting / removing contacts/ connectors

Building loom boards, peg boards

Working to wiring diagrams, wire lists and schematics

Cable termination

Assembling looms and sub assembles

Quality Inspection

Learn to monitor and progress assemblies through computer system

Plus any other duties required of Production from time to time.
