To deliver world-class technical training to team members, to ensure they have the skills needed to do their best work.
We have been committed to growing our own Technical support team and to support our Field Service Engineers in terms of guidance, OTA support, troubleshooting to insure network reliability.
We currently have circa 18 Field service engineers with the expectations to grow to 39 by the end of 2021.
* Design, delivers and evaluates internal training including a Technical Induction and Product/Customer knowledge.
* Designs technical training courses and programs that support the business objectives
* Regularly liaises with the Tech & Data Leads on new ways of delivering solutions and introducing best practice training initiatives
* Assesses performance on the job, identifying training requirements and reporting appropriately to their Line Managers. Supports the ongoing development and coaching of the team members
* Works closely with Managers to carry out training needs analysis and skills gap analysis
* Coaching and building the confidence of our team members
