To support bp pulse Corporate customers with account administration, managing RFID administration process in line with the RFID Team, support the account management team with any ad-hoc requests.
* Liaising with account management/finance to manage bp pulse fleet/corporate reporting and invoicing
* Working with the technical team to develop administrative systems for reporting
* Day to day management of corporate customers and partnerships to then liaise with relevant internal businesses where appropriate
* Run and monitor bespoke/ad-hoc usage reports for customers
* Completing individual card holder data within corporate accounts
* Monthly internal communications to inform business of active and soon to be active offers currently with partners (development of reports)
* Flag any issues that arise from offers/relationships with customer care and escalate internally where appropriate
* Contract collation/administration for easy access for the business
* Other ad-hoc tasks as expanded and requested by Head of Account Management and/or Account Management team
* Pulse corporate accounts are managed on a Tiered basis across both Volume of Subscriptions and Value of Energy Usage
