Providing support and Project Management to the Network Team so that standards of installation, service, repair, deliver of a service that is loved for its quality and a charging on the go network uptime of >98%.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
* To identify and bring new best practice standards to maintenance tasks
* To Identify and develop field training materials and SOP’s in relation to new and existing and new charger equipment
* To onboard new field-based electricians into the bp pulse ways of working, code of conduct and standards
* To ensure current processes established on site are constantly assessed to ensure installation practice and processes set industry standards
* Discover training needs for back office and field based engineers
* Process mapping and identifying gaps in people, process & systems
* Ensure all H&S practices are embedded within process and closely adhered to
* Provide monthly and quarterly reports to the Network Operations Manager
