To forecast and manage electrician’s stock levels and maintain issued equipment.To manage procurement of materials and arrange deliveries to Homecharge installation team with reporting and giving trend analysis.
* Communication with customer operations, customers and suppliers.
* Working with the field based teams and our suppliers to ensure the correct level of consumables and van stock
* Manage and maintain standard issue equipment given to the Homecharge electricians.
* Reviewing scheduled appointments and forecasting unit requirements.
* Ordering and co-ordinating stock for delivery or collection for Homecharge electricians through our bybox solution
* Liaising with inventory control for stock requirements, deliveries and returns
* Ordering and purchasing from the wholesale account held with C.E.F.
* Gain competitive quotes, purchase and organise delivery of site specific materials when required.
* Review of monthly purchases from electricians confirming purchases made.
* Review of purchasing to identify trends and unauthorized purchasing.
* Confirming authorization to finance department for invoice payments.
* Manage and maintain standard issue equipment given to the field based teams
* Organising repair or replacement of standard issue equipment when damaged or lost.
* Monitor and maintain health and safety requirements of equipment e.g. PAT testing, ladder records, P.P.E.
* Maintain and organise register for calibration of multi functional testers.
* Submit uniform requests when required.
* Maintain field based team database in relation to equipment issued, contact numbers, addresses for delivery etc.
* Reviewing and reporting on units and items of equipment installed/swapped/lost.
* Manage and maintain training requirements and co-ordinate training timetables with the scheduling department
