The Network Performance analyst will be part of the team that is the driving force behind the running of our “charge on the go” network, delivering an to up-time of >98% by working closely with the field based teams and our Data and Analytic team to build a data-led decision-making environment focused on proactive and predictive maintenance of our network.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

* Establish and promote the utilisation of data and insight analysis across the network team

* Utilising data trends raise field service tickets to improve the network availability and reliability

* Help to develop a suite of reporting and insight tools that empower the network team to make data-driven decisions with confidence.

* Work with our Data & Analytic team, to build our data analysis insights and failure trends workflow
