Our client are a developer of innovate solutions. They are currently expanding and looking to further develop their electronic engineering team.

The main duties of the role:

Layout PCB’s from a pre-design circuit

Build samples

Test new products

Evaluate circuit designs – improve or correct

Select components for build

Test returned products

Write test specifications

The candidate:

Ideally Degree qualified in Electronics. A HNC or HND with experience is considered

The ideal candidate will have some relevant commercial experience

PCB design experience using packages such as Altium, Eagle, OrCAD

Ability to write test specifications and perform hands on testing

Assembly experience is required. Previous experience of prototype building is highly desirable

Salary: Offering up to £25,000
