Overall purpose of the role is to:
* Take ownership of pulse corporate memberships
* Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
* Identify process improvements and work with Development Teams to realize improved customer proposition
Key responsibilities will include:
* Qualify any new inbound leads and process accordingly
* Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers and develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
* Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
* Communicates client needs and demands to the Account Management Team
* Forecasts and tracks client account metrics, reporting to HoAM
* Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines and targets
* Keep records of client transactions
* Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly subscriptions, sales results and annual forecasts)
* Prepare reports on account status
* Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
* Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
* Develop and improve the customer proposition, reduce barrier to entry and develop barrier to exit
