Working alongside Homecharge advisors and customers you will be responsible for numerous aspects of the customer journey from initial application through to submission to OZEV. Throughout the process you will be required to manage multiple applications whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels. You will be required to have good attention to detail to authorise customer documents. Good time management to assist team leader to meet monthly deadlines and to be highly organised.
* Preparing and processing monthly submissions
* Authorising vehicle documents, photos, land registration and deeds
* Managing and prioritising workloads
* Delivering an exceptional level of customer service through various contact points
* Responding to general enquiries via email and phone
* Approving Subcontractor invoices for payment
* Collating information for DNO submissions
* Collating Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly reports
* No direct reports
* Required to maintain regular contact with Homecharge Team Leader
* Process and submit all installations for the month
