Working directly with HomeCharge customers you will be responsible for numerous aspects of the customer journey from initial application through to handover to the scheduling team to arrange an installation. Throughout the process you will be required to manage multiple applications whilst maintaining excellent customer service levels. You will be required to demonstrate good time management alongside the ability to extract technical information form customer provided photos of their domestic wiring.
* Processing of HomeCharge application for installation of an electric vehicle charge point – liaising with the customer
* Managing and prioritising workloads- emails, call backs, new applications, review of pre-booked applications
* Be able to receive basic electrical training to extract information from photographs
* Evaluating photos of electrical components within the property
* Review of technical survey reports and follow up with customers
* Processing payments to finalise booking appointments
* Delivering a high level of customer service through various contact points – email and phone
* Responding to general enquiries via email and phone
* Achieve team KPIs and SLAs
