Build a 3 to 5-year road map on the organisations pricing strategy

· Collaborate with teams to ensure profitability and competitiveness of offer

· Manage competitor analysis and produce regular insight reporting

· Work with technical teams to support the automation and ease of pricing application as well as developing the ability to dynamically price

· Align with wider BP teams to ensure integrated offer, inclusive of retail or rewards is incorporated.

· Work directly with the commercial teams on pricing for workplace contracts

· Work with finance and data teams to support and develop the standard execution model for assessment and modelling

· Create centralised reporting

· Coordinate key project management processes

· Maintain a close working relationship with each of the internal business and ensure lessons learned are shared.

· Contribute to the development of annual plans, budgets and support commercial input into the yearly EFM requests to support the roll out of the programme globally
