As Employee Engagement Lead, working closely with our HR team and the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development, implementation and measurement of an effective Employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of our People Strategy and Operating Plan

* Develop, design and deliver compelling Employee engagement & communications campaigns and content that supports the engagement strategy and conveys bp pulse culture

* Increasing employee engagement through creating and supporting channels and forums that bring bp pulse's people together across capabilities, expertise and teams

* Equipping bp pulse's leaders with the content and tools to effectively support their own engagement and development

* Strong collaboration with marketing and communications peers to drive consistency and efficiency across communications internally

* Owning and driving actions plans as well as supporting bp pulse's leader’s with their individual action plans from the employee engagement survey

* Line Management of Knowledge Administrator

* Line Management of Customer Operations Training Specialist
