Embedded Software Engineer – Real Time Operating Systems

Cubiq Recruitment are currently working alongside a leading engineering company in the Home Counties who are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer in order to increase their R&D capabilities in light of ever increasing project demand. 

Our client is a highly reputable client within their field, renown for their innovative designs and solutions for an enthralling industry and client base.  If successful in your application, you'll be able to demonstrate an ability to design and develop innovative firmware solutions for real time operating systems which will be utilised in some of the most cutting edge technology in the industry.

In addition to a formal qualification within a relevant technical discipline, you will be able to demonstrate the following key competencies: 

A minimum of 8 years development experience
Working knowledge and experience of the software development lifecycle
Strong programming experience with Embedded C/C++
Knowledge of FreeRTOS development
Experience with Embedded Linux would be beneficial
Knowledge of developing on ARM MCUs would also be an advantage In addition to a competitive remuneration package (up to £55,000 per annum DOE), our client is also happy to offer a flexible working arrangement by which you can be based remotely, with site visits on an ad-hoc basis.
