Embedded Engineer – High Wycombe

Embedded C/C++ | I2C, RS232, SPI, UART | RTOS

A new and exciting position has just been created for an Embedded Engineer to join a growing, new product design focused team in the High Wycombe area. You will be joining a small design team and be given the chance to work across the design and development lifecycle. You can expect your role to involve:

Working to design new systems, circuits and devices or develop existing technology

*

Generating concepts, presenting and communicating ideas

*

Testing theoretical designs

*

Systematically improving the detailed design of a piece of electronic equipment

*

Detailed engineering design

*

Development of IoT technologies, creation of user interfaces and creating data storage methodologies.

*

Design for manufacture, including selecting manufacturing methods and materials

The ideal Embedded Engineer will be able to illustrate experience in a similar role, and your key skills should include: Embedded C/C++ programming, microprocessors design (ARM and STM families desirable), experience with a range of RTOS and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, WiFI, BLE etc).
