Electronics Design Engineer
Salary: c£35000 + excellent benefits
Location: Home counties  ( commutable from Oxford, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead areas)

Duties:
As an Electronics Design Engineer you will be responsible for the design, test and support of electronic control systems to be used in new innovative products. You will work closely with the engineering and software team to ensure excellent integration into the product design.
o Design & develop electronic hardware from concept to final design providing a user interface and process control for scientific products
o Create comprehensively documented designs with future proofing in mind
o Liaise with external suppliers for printed circuit board layout
o Prepare detailed test reports on new designs
o Support current designs including component obsolescence
Experience:
Applications are sought from experienced Electronics Design Engineers with experience working with hardware design & development for scientific, medical devices, aerospace, rail or similar safety critical products
o HND/ Degree Electronics Engineering
o Electronic circuit design using schematic design software
o Analogue and microcontroller (8/16/32 bit) circuit design
o Experience developing electronic products for safety critical or similar regulated industry sectors
o Knowledge of ‘IoT’ technology and embedded computers
o Organised with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
o Good problem solver with a creative and innovative mind
o Able to prepare clear and concise documentation
