Acting as a B2B Customer Liaison to support in booking inspection and engineer appointments.
· Working through an existing B2B Customer Database to identify where Service inspections are required
· Contact B2B Customers and confirm inspection appointment/visits
· Work closely with the commercial installation and field service engineer teams
· Telephone and Email communication
– Systems and MS Excel
· Sales and Administration experience is mandatory
· Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
· Microsoft programme competency, particularly Excel to a high level
· Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders: internal and external
